Our Mandate

The Renewable Energy Centre was established in 2015 with the following mandates.

• To conduct research and development in renewable energy resources in Nigeria.
• Generate an alternative energy supply within the University campus,
• and provide a sustainable solution to the nation’s dire energy problems.
